Exchange and Return Policy

Ensure satisfaction and well-being of our customers is part of our mission. That their rights are respected, we created a "Policy Exchange or Refund, based on the Code of Consumer Protection, because we want our relationship is based on trust.

Read below the required procedures when:


Exchange

Every product purchased through our website may be exchanged if there is:

1) Defective Product

Immediately notify our office by e-mail, to arrange for product replacement. We will not accept later than 7 days after receipt of product complaints.

Defect and malfunction - If detected within 7 days elapsed after receipt, be solved directly by our customer service or email.

In any case, you will need to return the product to us in the original packing and invoice.

Effectuation of the Exchange

Send new product. If you do not have the product in stock, the customer may wait for input in stock, you can exchange it for another of equal or greater value, paying the difference on sight.


2) Dissatisfaction

In cases where the customer is not satisfied with the product, should contact up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The Product must be in its original packaging and invoice. The client has the right to use credit and exchange for another product or request cancellation.

Conduct of the Cancellation

Send the product back to our distribution center, exchange or refund the amount already paid, as follows:

- the value of the shipment will not be refunded;


Cancellation of delivery

We reserve the right to cancel purchases in exceptional cases as:

- No approval of the purchase by the managing entity of the credit card. before cancellation, our company will contact you by email or phone offering another payment option;

- Data not confer or absence of data. If the data provided by customer are not confirmed, the customer will receive a notice via email may contact to provide new data or alter the already sent. If the customer does not return the contact and confirm the information, the purchase will be canceled.
